Obligations

As a candidate for Initiation into Alpha Delta Pi Sorority; I declare my interest in the worth of college education, my belief in the value of fraternal association and my concern for maintaining the highest ideals of womanhood.

I do most solemnly and earnestly pledge myself never to reveal the rules, proceedings, password, or any other private matters of this sorority, either by writing,
speaking or intimating them, or any part of them, to any person not a member of this sorority.

I furthermore promise and pledge faithfully to observe the Bylaws and Standards Code of Alpha Delta Pi, and usages of same to the best of my ability, and never
knowingly to violate any part of them whatsoever.

I pledge myself to encourage and support good manners, good morals, and good order at all times, and under all circumstances, and in all cases to discountenance violation of the same.

I solemnly pledge myself in all cases requiring a vote to vote conscientiously for the interest of the sorority.

I pledge myself never to speak ill of any member of the sorority, but ever to cultivate the kindest and best feeling toward all.

I hereby agree that if at any time Grand Council should deem me unworthy of an Alpha Delta Pi badge, I will voluntarily surrender my badge upon the request of Grand
Council without reimbursement for any cost thereof.

In accepting membership in Alpha Delta Pi, I recognize that this is a lifelong tie of Sisterhood sealed by sacred vows from which I cannot voluntarily resign, and that these ties are dissolved only by death or by expulsion from the sorority.

I understand and agree to the Obligations of Alpha Delta Pi.

Photo and Use Permission

During the course of your membership, employment, and/or volunteering with ADPi you will attend ADPi-affiliated events. During such events, photographs, video recording, audio recordings, or other means of recording may be made, and which may include your name, image, and/or likeness. You grant permission, through this affirmative grant and/or through your membership of ADPi, to ADPi, our partners, licensees and assigns, including but not limited to our brand and media partners, to utilize your name, image, likeness, acts, poses, plays, appearance, movements, and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at, the ADPi-affiliated event (regardless of whether before, during or after the event) for any purpose, including for publication in our digital archives, in any manner, in any medium or context now known or hereafter developed, without further authorization from, or compensation to, you or anyone acting on your behalf.
