The template below can be downloaded and used for proposals submitted to Grand Council. Volunteers should work in partnership with team chairs and Executive Office staff or Grand Council partners when preparing proposals for Grand Council consideration. Once complete, the proposal should be submitted to Grand Council through an Executive Office Senior Director.
